As a President & CEO of Pacer Group, Vinny is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Pacer Group companies including Pacer Staffing, Pacer Healthcare Services, NXG and 360 Talent Solutions. After completing an undergraduate degree from Drexel University, Vinny pursued Medicine at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. During her tenure at UPenn Vinny worked extensively on the early detection of Liver Cancer called Hepatocellular Carcinoma. Her expertise in the Medical field helped her to start the Healthcare Services division of Pacer staffing.
Rory Spanier

As a the Chief Operating Officer for Pacer Group, Rory Spanier, is a recognized leader in workforce solutions industry with extensive global experience across operations, client management, program management, solutions design and sales. His passion is attentively listening to clients to understanding their complex business problems and building fit-for-purpose solutions designed to meet their organizational needs.
Rory holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and Masters of Business Administration from St. Leo University. Additionally, Mr. Spanier teaches undergraduate level business courses and is actively involved with his family and community.

Strong professional with bachelors degree in Medicine and Surgery from Baba Farid University Of Health Sciences.

To Lisa, the sun rises and sets around her preteen son and her fursons who all work hard to keep her busy between baseball, soccer, theatre, dog hikes and chocolate runs.
